Why the blog?
- I need to test recipes on alternative and probably more refined palettes.
- I need a valid excuse for spending my working week planning my weekend in the kitchen.
- 2-3 courses of once-off degustation. Free. That’s right, I cook – you gobble.
- Quality conversation if the food is average, otherwise, eating will take precedence.
- A copy of the menu complete with recipes, suppliers and notes.
To recieve an invite, you need to:
- Introduce yourself (name, age, favourite food, why I should cook for you and anything else you think is relevant).
- Review the meal–a la John Lethlean - just a couple of paragraphs which i'll publish the following week.
- Come to the table with an open mind!
The degustation will take place at either my place or yours depending on location.
